Someone PM’d me and asked me if they could create multiple accounts. Thought I’d also reply here in case anyone else was wondering.
The short answer is: Sure.
Just don’t impersonate someone. But if you wanted an account for personal stuff and for “business” (or a username that is more well known at other places) and a different username to make it easier for you to express yourself and your thoughts then by all means.
You’ll probably need to use a different email address, but I don’t have a problem with that.
I have accounts I use for “work” and for “play” too.
And if you’d like me to change your username I can do that too. Just send me a PM.
